Corporate Slave Vibes - Graduate Trainee Diageo Employee Review

10 hour long days with no achievable goals given, even when I asked for work I was still left with nothing to do. Role description doesn't match what I'm doing day to day. People are nice but very low energy, negative and difficult to communicate with. Management changes constantly. Advertised as an "international" graduate scheme but there's only 4 locations and 3 of them are UK/Ireland based.
