Flexible working, great brands and relaxed culture

Cons

Gender and Ethnicity targets have created a culture of bias in hiring and recruiter screening. Merit is secondary in decisions. The process simply undermines the credibility of senior females and hires of diverse ethnicity. Those with no diversity criteria are left sidelined and overlooked and questioning what happens when the targets are met?
