Paid sick leave and annual leave Paid when not engaged with client Admin staff (in Canberra office) good Not much else really as a positive.
Cons
More bureaucratic than the public service Starting and leaving the company not a good experience - took forever to get first pay and final pay promised on last day but not provided Performance review process seems unstructured Weekly time sheets are DEMANDED but pay is made monthly (as is client invoicing)
