Pros
1. World Class environment. If you work here you won't feel out of place anywhere else. 2. Great Benefits. Highest salary available in the banking industry (as at when I left) 3. Constant training, at least on topics related to your job. 4. You will probably be overworked, but this teaches you to survive. Anywhere else you go after Diamond will feel like a piece of cake. 5. You get to look cool with the dress code ;)
Cons
1. For some reason, most bosses in this bank are aggressive and overbearing. I wonder why. Although on the bright side, this will teach you to deal with difficult people. 2. You will not have a life anymore. All you will have now is work. Goodbye to who you used to be. 3. Promotions, recommendations, etc depend on your bosses' opinion of you, even though there's a dynamic, online appraisal system in place. So, if your boss doesn't like you much...maybe learn to lick boots or something. 4. Because you won't have much personal time, it will very likely be difficult to further your education. For your own sake, please find a way to go to school while working here. It will be tough, but please find a way because... 5. The 'Tsunami' system via which this bank sacks staff routinely, randomly (and again, at the discretion of your boss +probably your own lack of performance) will leave you without a job sooner or later unless you're extremely lucky or clever or powerful in some way, or all of the above. Don't let this happen to you after 5 years on the job and all you still have is your BSc degree. You will need to find another job. You will need certificates.
