      This is a great company. They’re small enough to give their employees personal attention when needed but large enough to have desirable brands.

      Lower and mid level employees work well as a team to help eachother out (since upper level are too busy.)

      Cons

      Lack of support. Poor communication. Trial and error training. Long hours.
