Pros
A relatively successful company due to Randstad taking over a lot of processes.
Cons
Some employees were considered to be favourites because of their social background. Individuals were picked on for being 'common' and/ or being from a particular area. Power hungry directors would overlook your every move as well. Above all else, a really dead atmosphere - Library like.
