      Pros

      Great people, interesting work, data centers are the best.

      Cons

      No RSUs (stock units) unless you exceed and even then it is not guaranteed. Growth is difficult and navigating where to find things tends to be difficult.

      Pros

      Medical and other Insurance Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO Concept is just cheating people and put more control with the supervisor. People have to take time off at the mercy of the supervisor. The salary is not as per market rate. Also the work environment is very toxic and there is no professionalism. I don't recommend it to anyone.
