There is not enough space to provide the disadvantages with this job. The major cons are the amount of work designated to one person is seemingly impossible. You are expected to do the work of analyst, doctor, lawyer, counselor, investigator, JUST to name a few. You are expected to prepare medical forms, absent of actual medical training, to send to actual medical professionals. The expectation is to provide quality customer service without given the space to do so - if you receive 40 calls from forty different people in one day, you are expected to handle all of these inquiries within 24 hours. Sone of the managers do not speak to you as if you are a professional, but rather in a condescending and an ambiguous manner.
