      Pros

      Nice location, good benefits, generally nice people. I overall enjoyed my experience there.

      Cons

      Low pay, very difficult to move ahead if you're not in the right clique or club. They tend to bend over backwards for millennials, drag along Gen Xers.

      There are still great employees working at Discover despite looming layoffs due to Capital One acquisition.

      Morale is at an all-time low, integration with Capital One has caused significant anxiety and confusion.
