Pros
Highest level of trust in people so employees can take responsibilities and know they will be heard. Management is proficient, supporting and almost invisible. Lots of opportunities to grow inside the company Lots of training of any kind available for employees. Remote work Nice and positive environment.
Cons
haven't noticed anything. The compensation seems a bit lower, but the rest of the benefits like trainings and remote work worth it anyway.
