Pros
Love working at Discover, now Capital One! It's a great culture, and I'm thankful for the organization giving those of us who do not live in large cities a chance to excel in our career by offering remote work.
Cons
unfortunately, remote work may cease soon with the realignment of frameworks. Truly gut-wrenching... lay offs happen but usually in an already toxic environment/institution. I truly love working at Discover and am not ready for my experience to end here in this case...
