- Amazing and Friendly managers
- Repairing bikes can be relaxing at times
- Coworkers friendly
- can be extremely flexible
- rewarded with food trucks at times, and surprise treats that managers pay for
Cons
-Lots of promises not fulfilled, (eg. No gate for safety, No air conditioning)
-Work can become chaotic, especially when you get extremely broken bikes to repair
-Employees agree pay is low for what they're working
- heat unbearable in the summer
