      Pros

      Good benefits. They contribute to H.S. A. and 401k. Paid STD and LTD plans. 12 paid holidays.

      Cons

      Schedules change a bit too much. Some management is not the best and can be bullies. Only certain people get to move up in the company.

      Pros

      Close knit excellent maintenance teams that seem to do the impossible with the amount of understaffing over the years. Couldn't ask for a better place or people to work with. I have loved my time at this mill. Domtar has no idea at the quality of the institution\people that they are casting off into the abyss.

      Cons

      The corporation as a whole I am not a fan of. It seems they acquired Resolute FP to strategically dismantle it. They have closed several of the RFP mills and Coosa Pines an absolute institution that has been the backbone of the community for over 75 years is the next on the chopping block in May 2026.
