      Pros

      Company is good but the management in the mill is bad.

      Cons

      Management in the plant is biased lots of break downs , high stress levels, trust contractors more than there own employees, engaged in lots of unproductive work , due to overwhelming workloads chances of making a mistake is high , and getting fired ,not a good place to work,

      Pros

      Close knit excellent maintenance teams that seem to do the impossible with the amount of understaffing over the years. Couldn't ask for a better place or people to work with. I have loved my time at this mill. Domtar has no idea at the quality of the institution\people that they are casting off into the abyss.

      Cons

      The corporation as a whole I am not a fan of. It seems they acquired Resolute FP to strategically dismantle it. They have closed several of the RFP mills and Coosa Pines an absolute institution that has been the backbone of the community for over 75 years is the next on the chopping block in May 2026.
