      Pros

      Great co workers, great pay and small town living, awsome work life balance, if you choose too unless you go supervision.

      Cons

      Organized chaos, upper management sucked everything out of it and then ran it to the ground, which ultimately was the final demise of the mill.

      Pros

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Cons

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
