Pros
The fellow work employees; some are great. The type of work. The pay. The upside of shift is the time off and the flexibility in time off. The amount of vacation time. Safety. If you don't mind shift and getting a little dirty sometimes; it's a great work place.
Cons
Communication. Treatment and fairness from management isn't very consistent at all in some departments. As far as I can see; in certain departments; the only downfall is management.
