- fast moving and dynamic - opportunity to take extreme ownership and develop skills through it - nice equity packages - hybrid work environment - good benefits like health and wellness stipends, 401k matching, in-office meals etc
Cons
- extreme favoritism for raises and promotions, not necessarily ground in actual great performance - impossible to get to a different department once you start in MxS - MxS makes dramatically less than any other department regardless of your level - poor upper leadership support - extremely political dynamic
