Awful management, long hours, no work/life balance - Food & Beverage Graduate Dorchester Collection Employee Review

As a graduate, this is exactly the type of role that you do not want to step into after university. Don't be fooled by the good pay/benefits, this is a very uncomfortable and unprofessional working environment. No trust or support from senior hotel management which runs down to managers and supervisors. Employees are talked and gossiped about behind your back, almost like a school - makes for a very uncomfortable place to work. HR provides little support and rarely steps in to find a solution to a situation.
