Virtual First: this has been a life changer for me. I've been able to move closer to family and Dropbox has done an exceptional job maintaining its heart-forward culture.
Leadership: I'm inspired by our leadership team; they've done a great job being transparent about our business, our strategy, and our performance. They've helped steer the ship through a ton of change and uncertainty.
Company performance: stock is up 50% YoY
Ex-employees returning to Dropbox: We've had a number of employees leave and immediately come back to the company. The grass is not necessarily greener and this is a testament to Dropbox.
Cons
Entitlement: There seems to be a lack of perspective and gratitude in pockets of the organization which is disappointing.
