      Pros

      Excellent benefits (health, dental, LTIP, generous contributory pension), fantastic work-life balance, flexible working opportunities (including remote worker contracts). Respectful and inclusive culture, lots of opportunities to learn and participate in new and interesting projects.

      Cons

      Lots of change due to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. The dust should start to settle soon.

      This company is great! Especially at my site, I have found that the work-life balance is wonderful, and everyone is always so understanding and willing to help.
