Pros
The team members are good.
Cons
There is a CEO named Babu who practices extreme micromanagement. I joined the company, and even before completing one month, I was forced to handle clients, upselling, new client ideas, reporting, and even daily Clockify time reports all the staff. No matter how much work is done, he is never satisfied. He treats employees as if they are unsuccessful and does not value the effort or the number of hours worked. There is no proper work timing. My shift is from 2 PM to 11 PM, but I usually finish work around 12 AM, reach home by 1:30 AM, settle down, and sleep only by 3 AM. Despite this, I am expected to attend meetings at 8 AM and again at 10 AM. The company has a three-month notice period, no flexible working hours, and no job security. During probation, only 5 days of leave are allowed; taking more than that results in the probation period being extended by one month. Overall, there is no proper work-life balance, no flexibility, and no assurance of stability.
