Pros
I was outsourced by my university to Dynamic Campus after 3 decades of working there. We were given @ 4 hours to make a decision to quit, retire or go to Dynamic Campus. As far as I know I was the only to receive an increase 2.5 %.
Cons
Despite promises of keeping our jobs and benefits, I was told to retire or be fired less than 2 months later and of the 3 others who were let go, 2 were over 60. And the other 2 were over 50. The reason they gave for either retiring or being fired were trumped up and I was denied an opportunity to defend myself. Basically I was told an hour before a long weekend that I had until the end of the day to decide. They have still not found a qualified replacement 2 months later. We have been lied to and forced to attend so many meetings that we cannot manage to get our jobs done even while working extra hours to serve our students. Do not join this company unless you are hired as a VP or higher.
