It’s a job if all you care about is having one.
Cons
Owner is a gossip and liar. She gossips about employees to other employees as well as business partners. She is not honest with their clients either. You will be given more work than you can possibly do. Adequate training and support is not offered. Company recently reduced every employees pay by 10%. Offers health ins but premiums are outrageous. Nothing is kept confidential.
