Management is ruled by moment-by-moment impulses and is not very strategic or team focused. This is a very top-down, hierarchical management. An echo-chamber among long term management people keeps new ideas and approaches from socializing.

Thank you for taking time to leave us a review. It is great to work for a company that has such success in a transforming market--We're happy to hear that you are enjoying that aspect of the company. However, we're disappointed to hear your comments of management. It takes a great deal of teamwork, dedication, responsibility and collaboration to maintain our successful company. Our leaders within the company are committed to encouraging and exemplifying such professional traits. Coming off as a top-down management style is certainly not intended and this will be addressed to our leaders. Your advice of culture and common goals are something we take very seriously at Dynatrace and are areas we look forward to growing in. We appreciate your review.
A lot of what happens to your career is beyond your control. You can be a top performer and still only meet satisfied in remarks. The customer success departments went through some changes earlier this year and it left it splintered. A lot of toxic environments take place in pockets and everyone is cliqued up. I suppose you could say this is like every corporation, but this was junior varsity level office politics. If you made someone upset you could be next.
Most of the executive leadership and brings in their buddies who have no idea how the product works and all of the veterans have left by now. It's mostly a game of grab behind and brown nosing.
