Very competitive platform and product.

C Level regional management is mediocrity based , firing and layoffs are present in EMEA (HR , Sales, staff etc) but hidden and basically not based on personal nor professional performance.Extremely C Level Silos management, which means employees are not protected . Local C- Level management as a rule is not transparent with the Vp (Rob) in EMEA. You can be moved on your functions with no explanations impacting on your salary directly with no possibility to negociate or discussion, even if its a non performance based reason. If you do not agree with having false meetings with clients passing high lunch and business meals expenses - they are basically for the local team- you are ignored or fired. Also managers insult people in public or by email with no consequences. When layoff happens no one assists you which is nearly illegal as you are not paid on time over local law process or requirements. This is not known because Auditors are not present and this information don’t go up the corporate ladder. Nowadays every Region is a Kingdom of freedom for Managers that are competing internally for having a better seat on the new organization level. Regional competition has become animal wild while managers do not defend professionally their local success and prefer avoiding fair discussions on detrimental sales results for Ae’s. Uk sales team left voluntary massively for these reasons one year ago. Actually they over contract people for firing .Avoid Dynatrace till they come back with a renewal on Local C level integrity and really people professional care politic.

Decent Product Great Perks Co-Workers

Cons

A lot of what happens to your career is beyond your control. You can be a top performer and still only meet satisfied in remarks. The customer success departments went through some changes earlier this year and it left it splintered. A lot of toxic environments take place in pockets and everyone is cliqued up. I suppose you could say this is like every corporation, but this was junior varsity level office politics. If you made someone upset you could be next. Most of the executive leadership and brings in their buddies who have no idea how the product works and all of the veterans have left by now. It's mostly a game of grab behind and brown nosing.
