Regarding accountability and difficult conversations, we have recently implemented a global career framework that provides more clarity on individual roles, responsibilities, and pathways, including leadership training for every people leader in our organization. Regarding work-life balance, we are proud to offer flexible work, paid time off programs, employee assistance programs, and company-designated, quarterly paid Wellness Days, among others. These initiatives help us to ensure our employees feel supported to take time off so they can show up as their best self at work.
