Regarding accountability and difficult conversations, we have recently implemented a global career framework that provides more clarity on individual roles, responsibilities, and pathways, including leadership training for every people leader in our organization. Regarding work-life balance, we are proud to offer flexible work, paid time off programs, employee assistance programs, and company-designated, quarterly paid Wellness Days, among others.
