We’re also sorry to hear about the concerns you've raised. Maintaining a strong culture and a sense of unity is incredibly important to us, and we take feedback like yours seriously. While EDB has grown and evolved significantly, our goal remains to foster an inclusive environment where all employees—regardless of level, location, or background—feel valued and supported.
We acknowledge the comments about morale, pressure, and the perception of favoritism or lack of career clarity. These are areas we are actively working on through increased transparency, improved career development frameworks, and a continued focus on leadership accountability. We are also investing in culture-building efforts to reconnect our global teams around our shared mission and values.
