Pros

This is a company where you will work hard and play hard. They value your time off especially in summers, no problem getting holidays. If you work there for 2 years or so, they will help you look for another position within the company if your current department doesn't have any available positions. Office culture is awesome and they organize happy hours every month which is great to get to know people from other departments. Great place to work at when you are single but also when you have a family as family is valued very high.

Cons

Salary could be better considering the working hours one needs to do. There could be a better promotion structure. Sometimes they see you only in one field and wouldn't consider you working with anything else.

Pros

You get to choose your tour and recruit the students you want to bring. The paid chaperone ratio is 6:1, so it is very manageable. The tours are great and the local experts are wonderful.

Cons

Company support is variable. There is high turnover and new consultants are very sales motivated and don't always get the nuances of your school or community group. I have had some WONDERFUL concusltants, but they have always been promoted before I get to work with them again.
