Late salary payment, the CEO and HR doesn't care about you. They might not even pay you. Backward facilities, no payment for EPF and SOCSO (even if it stated in the contract). According to SSM, this company is going to be bankrupt soon as their debt is higher than their assets. The HR is not professional, always gossiping and busybody. If you truly want to work here, you have to consider about receiving your salary very late. Even when they say it is on 7th or 10th, they will pay you at the end of the month. According to SSM, EPF and Labour's Office, this company should not receive or make payment as their current status of operation is not legit (due to high debt).
