      Remote work and decent benefits

      Cons

      No consistency. Poor communication from leaders and an overly complicated /bugged system. Their IT dept cannot support the system they bought. No work/life balance.

      Management seems to care. Work life balance.

      Doing the work of a senior adjuster but they will not give promotions even though the adjusters do the work, for a lower pay.
