Pros

Can't think of anything as I only worked their 3 months before covid set in.

Cons

After I admitted to my boss that I was suffering from anxiety and stress due to the recent events of covid and working from home, the daggers were out to push me out by trying to set unrealistic deadlines. So I had no choice but to resign. I have never worked for a company as brutal such as this. It took a lot of guts to own up but wished I hadn't as it cost me my job.

Pros

Great company culture, everyone (or almost everyone) genuinely wants to help.

Cons

The culture of 'niceness' is not consistent across board. The French people within the organization have this sense of superiority.
