      Pros

      Many strong, experienced members of staff. A desire to work as a team. High-performing, individual contributors.

      Cons

      Management does not address strategy and culture issues even when the path is clear. Burnout from watching colleagues struggle to make progress and no support from management is common.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
