Pros

PTO is decent, but that's about it.

Cons

If you enjoy letting your mental stability deteriorate over unrealistic goals and overwhelming pressure without an increase to your pay, then this is right for you. For minimum wage, you can be sure that you need a college education for the work they provide and they sure as heck won't give you the salary you deserve with the skills you are hired on with. Trying to get into a different positions in this company can be like pulling teeth if you aren't super popular (or pretty depending on the manager) because your actual work ethic and the things you bring to the table don't seem to matter when it comes to being promoted. Most of the time you can expect that the management and team leads are clueless when it comes to how to do your job, and the training provided by the company is laughable. (They train everyone for the same job which is billing and then put you in a different role where absolutely nothing you learned is really utilized. Isn't that fun?) They will dangle promotions in your face in order to inspire you to work harder, but when the time for someone to fill that role you were gunning for comes up, they'll choose the person that didn't put in any measureable effort beyond just applying. Bonuses used to be quarterly, now they're yearly ( and that's if they bother keeping with that program because they've changed it twice when they took away bonuses and people left in droves.) Oh and if you are seen as reliable, you will be expected to do everything and when you can't keep up the work load, you are berated and treated like you're a child because management has no clue how to find solutions to the issues you're facing instead of making snide and cold remarks about you as a person and how you've failed the team by not shouldering the extra work.
