Pros
I've worked for 10+ companies so far, Engie is one of the decent ones. The pay could def be better but the people are cool and the management on my team is awesome. The PTO here is better than most places I've worked for, starting off I got 18 days of PTO, 9 for the first half of the year and the rest for the other half. I think I got about 50 hours of sick time to start off with so I think it was all okay. We also get 2 days to do community service if we want and 1 wellness day which is basically a floater. Pay is not too hot I started off at $15.10 but it's remote decent days off and my team is cool so I like it here so far. I've witnessed team members switching teams and/or job titles so I know mobility is a real thing here.
Cons
I just want more pay really, everything else is good with me. They would have gotten 5 stars if I made a more livable wage.
