Pros
Some very bright people work there who have bags of energy and enthusiasm. Great opportunities to learn and make a difference. Especially in the more impactful entities like ENGIE Energy Access.
Cons
Too many meetings about meetings where too much productive time is spent by people who do not need to be there. Many times a case of meetings where an email will do. Very poor work-life balance.
ENGIE Response

Hello, and thank you very much for leaving a comment on our page. Regarding the work-life balance, we try to improve and well contribute to it, going first through the remote work when it is feasible. All the best.
The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.
Cons
The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
