      Highly skilled global engineering and delivery teams Strong focus on digital transformation and enterprise-scale projects Clear processes and frameworks for program governance Opportunities to lead complex, multi-market initiatives Competitive compensation and supportive immediate teams

      Cons

      Remote employees often lack visibility and connection to the broader organization Company culture can feel heavily influenced by Eastern European leadership norms and internal politics, which sometimes impacts decision-making Limited integration between onshore/offshore teams, making collaboration harder than necessary Career progression is not always transparent for remote or U.S.-based consultants

      Pros

      You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

      Cons

      Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
