Pros

Not as such.. typical service company

Cons

The company was solid until 2023, but rapid expansion in India has coincided with a downturn in client demand. AI Impact & Layoffs: Due to the rise of AI, many clients are scaling back operations, leading to widespread layoffs and a high number of employees on the "bench." Stagnant Compensation: There have been no significant salary hikes or appraisals for the past 2–3 years. Project Scarcity: Available projects are often small-scale, and securing new assignments is increasingly difficult. Workplace Stress: Frequent rotations to the bench and job insecurity are causing constant stress and anxiety.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
