      Big company, stable financial position, lot of different projects, ability to take position on a company bench and wait for a new project

      Cons

      Rules, regulations and procedures are more important than people, very big hierarchy - to get decision maker you need to go through many levels of management. Big enterprise legacy project, stable but without perspective

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
