1) Absolutely Poor management from Alliance global Services who is now in EPAM. 2) No projects in EPAM India. 3) Start firing people all of a sudden in bulk. 4) Poor Attitude from Management - "You are being Paid so do whatever we say.. It does not matter what work it is."

We believe in hiring the best, believe in creating value to the customer. We have successfully built Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence competency in India and serving 3 clients already. We have recruited highly talented folks in middle and senior management in the last 1 year. • In 2017, 7 big & reputed logos (Finance, Retail, Mobile, Product Development, Banking sector) have started projects with EPAM India. These projects use latest technologies like Micro Services, PCF, AWS, Azure, NoSQL, Test Automation using JAVA Selenium, Performance Testing for HYBRIS, latest being SFDC. We have successfully built Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence competency in India and serving 3 clients already. • We have opened an office in Pune in the beginning of the year and added more space effective 01 Aug 2017. Our new state of the art facility with 1600 capacity in Hyderabad is getting ready where we are going to consolidate the operations. Based on the current growth plan, we are planning to commit additional space for 2019. This is a testimony to our strong leadership skill in India.

Pros

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.

Pros

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Cons

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
