Pros

Encourages employees and provide resources to all it's employees to upgrade in technology and process. Streamlined process to progress to next level, will have mentors to guide throughout the process. Anyone who has very good coding skills and experience in Java can get into EPAM and the packages are pretty good.

Cons

No Annual Bonus for existing employees Huge Joining bonuses for new employees Few Managers just look to get work done and will not provide the opportunity for the employee to grow (like the employee will work as IC for many years, which will not help him learn the practical experiences of the role)

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
