      Friendly and fast-paced environment. Several projects for famous global clients already landed to Lithuania. Plenty of opportunities for learning and growing. Trainings for job shifters.

      Cons

      Very wide variety in management, both, quality and style. Depending on project or location - from talent nurturing to micromanagement and body shops (when client is the Boss).

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
