Pros
- Manager that oversees you, is really helpful and can sometimes be a life savior - Pay is better somewhere around and maybe above average, but watch out for agreement details, as it maybe the case you would leave heafty amount when leaving the company.
Cons
- I had quite uncomfortably rude project leadership - Effort is not appreciated, as soon as you finish the task they through more at you - No self-improvement time, you either have to hide your performance to get free time or just not have it - The company says it is built around technology excellence, but in fact, simple things on the project level aren't even brought to clients' attention. - In my case, I had a surprise relocation cost to be paid when leaving the company which equals almost to a single monthly salary - Most of the people they have in EU are from Post-Soviet countries, e.g. Belarus and Russia. This does have a significant effect on interpersonal relations, especially with management. I have talked with colleagues from the US, they also described it as 'tensions without a reason' and 'hard to work with them'.
