      Pros

      Remote job, ability to participate in various projects to gain diverse knowledge. Learning opportunities. Good benefits including great medical package. All the support is provided for comfortable work.

      Cons

      Huge con is bench time because we do not receive any salary (only 10% of it), And bench time in nowadays can drag on for a long time. Projects for me last in average 6 months. Project ending is a big stress. And there is no opportunity to request a compensation review because the process is frozen.

      Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
