Pros

Automation, no micro-management, everything is written (for better or worse, mostly the latter) and if you don't find out, you are left out

Cons

Humans in this company seem robots. No one really cares, they only think of money

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
