Pros

I started as a front-end engineer at EPAM and, over time, moved into a full stack. EPAM gave me the chance to work on a lot of different technologies, including cloud, APIs, and databases, which helped me grow. I got to work with talented teammates, especially on big projects like the digital ecosystem for a healthcare giant. I’ve learned not just technical stuff but also leadership skills. I can now guide others and solve problems for the team. The learning culture at EPAM is strong. There’s always something new to learn, and my manager has been always supportive. Now, I’m looking to move into an architect role, and my team at EPAM is supporting me to get there.

Cons

The learning curve can be rough, especially when you’re picking up new skills or switching roles. Balancing work, learning, and career mostly depend on project requirements, but the growth is worth it.

Pros

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Cons

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
