Pros
The leadership team really does try to satisfy employees by planning potluck lunches, outings to sporting events, celebrating holidays, and shortened work hours in the summer. The camaraderie amongst employees made it a delight to work for the company for several years.
Cons
Even thought the leadership team tries, they mostly fall short. The male-dominated workplace doesn't allow much room for growth or learning opportunities. THe social outings and free food brought in on occasion are a simply cover up for low morale, extra long work hours and general disrespect throughout the workplace.
