      Pros

      I love the pace and variety of projects that I do. Since my position requires working with a number of different departments, I can honestly say that they are all fabulous to work with. The benefits are solid, the pay is fair, and if you like working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow with the US Team! Most positions are now primarily work from home over COVID, but they are generous provide you with everything you need to have a comfortable home working space.

      Cons

      There are still a few growing pains regarding US initiatives and communication with the Dublin team, but I already see a marked improvement over the 2+ years I have been here. We are still working on a few initiatives toward improving company culture here in the US and COVID makes it a bit more difficult to do so, but efforts are being made!
