Pros
One of the best company to work for. The perfect working is not existing, but this one is near. ETAS team in Turin is awesome. It is a collaborative environment, even among the different working groups. It is a great center of competencies despite the very low average age of employees. Collegues here are more like a family.
Cons
Too slow growth. For people at first working experience it is quite hard to wait such amount of time, since the difference with the external job market is increasing quickly
