Pros

Working at EZ Texting has been a positive and rewarding experience for me. I appreciate the respectful treatment of employees and cross-functional collaboration to achieve our goals. I feel fully supported in my role. The company prioritizes the well-being of employees and promotes a healthy work-life balance. Overall, I'm grateful to be part of such a wonderful team.

No cons. The company encourages transparency and is quick to find solutions or remove blockers that may come up.

Pros

The best part is the people (everyone is nice and very capable at their job). Lots of autonomy (opportunity to own your deliverables end to end), and a modern tech stack.

Cons

Biggest issue is job security (regular layoffs and sudden firings). No 401k matching, growth is limited by small teams, and there's a lack of strategic direction from leadership.
