      need better career plan, promotion path need to be more clear. need more team building activity to build better cross function relationship.

      Pros

      You work with some amazing people, that care about you on a personal level.

      Cons

      Everything is going down hill... every other day there is a layoff, or they are refusing to backfill a role. Employees end up doing 2 or 3 jobs with no recognition or increased compensation. They don't invest in their human capital, Eastman University is a time consuming joke!
